  2. After the order is shipped: Cancellation may not be possible; you can request a return after delivery


2. How to Cancel an Order

To cancel your order:

  1. Log in to your Eglines account
  2. Go to Order History
  3. Select the order you wish to cancel
  4. Click Cancel Order and follow the instructions


3. Refund for Cancelled Orders

  1. If the order is canceled before shipment, a full refund will be issued
  2. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
  3. Processing time: 5–10 business days


4. Orders Already Shipped

  1. Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled
  2. You may initiate a return after receiving the item, as per our Return Policy


5. Partial Cancellation

  1. If your order contains multiple items, you may be able to cancel individual items before they are shipped


6. Cancellation by Eglines

Eglines reserves the right to cancel orders in the following cases:

  1. Product is out of stock or unavailable
  2. Pricing or listing errors

  4. Issues with payment authorization

In such cases, a full refund will be provided.
